Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide a proof of purchase or order number.

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at jsyt16784@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in our shipment.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it typically takes 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
